INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL CONSULTATION
This is our customized and expanded version of a conventional medical consultation and includes a physical exam and an in-depth evaluation of your health history using a holistic approach that addresses the mind and body. You will be provided with an integrative medical treatment plan that may include a combination of both conventional and alternative therapies to enhance your overall health and wellbeing.

MEDICAL CONSULTATION
This conventional medical exam is intended to address one or two chief complaints or to be used as a follow-up exam. It is perfect for the evaluation of common medical conditions such as colds, infections, high blood pressure or diabetes. Separate visits may be required for more complicated medical conditions or minor medical procedures.

ANNUAL EXAM
This comprehensive annual medical exam for women and men includes a review of medical conditions, complete physical exam and review of medications, birth control and supplements. It may also include a gynecological exam and PAP, breast and pelvic exam for women or prostate and rectal exam for men, as needed and as age appropriate.

MENOPAUSE CONSULTATION
This exam for women includes an in-depth health history and physical exam and a thorough evaluation of menopausal symptoms. Hormone levels are evaluated using various labs as needed. Discussion and review will result in the development of a personalized menopause wellness plan that may include the use of bio-identical hormone replacement therapies.

ANTI-AGING CONSULTATION
This exam for women or men includes an in-depth evaluation of health history and a thorough evaluation of your body’s hormonal balances using lab tests, clinical evaluation and a physical exam. This consultation will result in the development of a personalized anti-aging wellness plan that may include the use of bio-identical hormone replacement therapies as recommended. TRADITIONAL ORIENTAL MEDICINE
This ancient mind-body healing art may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, nutrition, lifestyle modifications and meditative exercises. Excellent for the treatment of many acute and chronic pain syndromes, immune imbalances, menstrual, menopause and fertility disorders, chronic fatigue, gastrointestinal disorders, addictions, anxiety and emotional issues.

CHIROPRACTIC
Gentle manipulation techniques and other physical therapy treatments will be used to correct misaligned vertebrae and affected soft tissue associated with acute and chronic pain. Excellent for the treatment of neck and back pain and stiffness, headaches, radiating arm or leg pain, chronic and acute pain, work related injuries and auto accident injuries.

NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE
A holistic approach to healing that incorporates many therapies including nutrition, detoxification, botanical medicine, and homeopathy. Treatment is focused on the development of a plan for long-term health & healing, cleansing of the gut and liver and the prevention of disease through lifestyle adjustments and supplementation.

PODIATRY AND CUSTOMIZED ORTHOTICS
Podiatry specializes in the care and treatment of all kinds of ankle and foot disorders including arch/heel pain, ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, bunions, neuromas, diabetic feet and hammertoes. A comprehensive evaluation including gait analysis may be used to determine the need for customized orthotics. Shock wave treatment to treat heel pain is also available.

MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPY
Our Marriage Family Therapy (MFT) Program uses supervised interns to consult with patients. These interns have already graduated with a master’s degree from an accredited University, are registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and are collecting their 3000 hours of patient contact towards licensing. Your therapy consult may involve discussions about life stressors, life transitions, spirituality, relationship difficulties, adjustments to physical issues, cultural dynamics, and the changes you desire to make.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Our weight management program is medically supervised and combines nutrition and lifestyle counseling to help you lose weight safely and sensibly. The program includes a body mass index analysis and medications as necessary. Medifast meal replacement products are available for an additional charge. Insurance not accepted for this service.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Relieve muscle tension, stress and fatigue with one of our relaxing massages. Massage is an integral part of any stress management program. Its benefits include overall relaxation and the alleviation of joint and muscle pain. Massage calms and soothes the emotions and promotes a feeling of inner peace. Pregnancy, hot stone and deep tissue massage are available. Many times massage is a covered benefit when used in conjunction with chiropractic care. Outcall massages are available.

JESSNER’S SKIN PEELS
Our Jessner’s Peel will give your skin a more youthful look and will improve brown discolorations and blemishes, acne, fine wrinkles and sun damaged skin on the face, neck, hands and chest. The peeling process exfoliates the skin and enhances the skins ability to produce collagen. Jessner’s peels must be done under the supervision of a medical doctor and are not available at spas. A series of Jessner’s is recommended for best results. Insurance not accepted for this service.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES

In an effort to provide you with the best care, please adhere to our appointment and cancellation policies:

Please make every effort to hold the appointment time that you select. Often, our practitioners will spend significant time preparing for your appointment. If something should come up that requires you to reschedule or cancel, please do so as soon as possible. This will give other patients an opportunity to be scheduled in your place, and allow practitioner’s time to adjust their schedules. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, yet earlier notification will be greatly appreciated.

New patients, please arrive to your first appointment 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and verify insurance.

To reserve a massage appointment, a credit card is required at the time of scheduling.

Patients arriving late to their appointment may forfeit a portion of the time we have scheduled with you. We thank you for your understanding.

We reserve the right to charge a $45 fee for appointments not cancelled without 24-hour notice. Payment is due before your next appointment. These charges are the patient’s responsibility and cannot be billed to your insurance company or work comp carrier.
