What Plans Cover

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) is frequently undergoing changes, which means our information for what your plans cover may not be 100% accurate from one month to the next. Therefore, while we would like to be able to tell you what services are covered for what plans, we cannot, and you must call your insurance provider to see what is covered.

We recommend calling your insurance provider every time you change your coverage or renew your plan. This ensures taht you are notified of any changes that may affect your coverage of CHWB services.
